industrial relationship is the partnerships relation between entrepreneurs
and employees, but conflict will appear if each did not do the rights and obligations.
The Law no. 2 years 2004 arrange about Solution of Conflict of Industrial Relationship,
either through court or out of court. The existence of Ad Hoc judge has
important role in Industrial Relationship Court, but his role was not maximal yet. In
this writing, writer used law research methodology which normative juridical, it is a
research that has a purpose to get secondary data, which it is law material by
colleted and analyzed primary law material, secondary or tertiary, based on
literature study that relevant with the primer discussion.
