The Civil Servants is one of the state apparatus elements who do
enforcement in administrative governance area and support the implementation of
constructor to achieve national goals. The Office of Kuripan Sub-district, Barito
Kuala Regency, South Borneo province is lowest part of the government
organizations in doing jobs and achievement of national goals activity, which
became the motor and implementer in the office is The Civil Servants. In doing the
job, employee needs enthusiasm and passion which is the deep happiness towards
the job so the hope can be reached. Based on the background above, so the problem
in this writing is: Lack of enthusiasm and job passion as The Civil Servants of
Kuripan Sub-district, Barito Kuala Regency, South Borneo province in doing their
jobs and activities, just like late for work and go home early, frequency of how
many employees out of office in work time and unsatisfactory service because of
convoluted matters and not on time. Some of those things will cause the obstacle of
implementation work and can affect the efficiency and effectiveness to reach the
purpose of Indonesian that fair and prosperous. In this case, employees must
disciplined, enthusiastic and passionate in do their job, but in fact there were not
maximal yet. The purpose of this research is want to know how far the role of
motivation of the civil servants of Kuripan Sub-district, Barito Kuala Regency,
South Borneo province.
