In order to motivate employees to improve productivity, provision of
incentives is necessary.Observations on the provision of incentives was also
influenced by the increasing number of damaged goods because employees raced to
increase the quantity of production but sacrificing quality.The results of a Batako
company in Palangkaraya in which the provision of incentives in a particular level
has a positive and meaningful to the increased production.But in the observation
phase of the incentives that were raised have an impact on increasing the level of
damage results in a positive way and means of production that result in loss of the
company.
