The Internet (the global inter-connectivity net working or devices) or
Electronic Infor-mation represents one or a set of electronic data, including but not

signs, numbers, access codes, symbols or perforations that have been processed for
meaning or be understood by someone who can understand it, as in conventional
electronic transactions generate trade agreements entered between the parties to
provide an achievement, the implications of this commitment, it is the emergence of
rights and obligations to be fulfilled by the parties involved. This research is a
normative and descriptive legal analysis, research that studied the picture and

answers from legal issues to be discussed. Forms of electronic transactions that
developed at the moment: the form of electronic transactions known as Business to
Business, Business to forms of electronic transactions customer, customer forms of
electronic transactions to the customer, the form of electronic transactions to
business customer, customer forms of electronic transactions to government and
transaction forms non-business electronic. Regarding consumer protection for
consumers who do not escape from the Electronic Transactions responsibility of the
manufacturer or business, if the producer or business good will then automatically
there is nothing to worry about the transaction. And vice versa for business or party
manufacturers can be more thorough and observant in selecting the consumers who
want to transact with it because this is related to proficiency in the transaction, the
conduct of electronic transactions in order to feel secure and trustworthy then to
note is: Aunthenticity; concerning truth someone's identity; Intergrity, concerning
the content of the message; Non-Repudation, involves proving a person's actions,
whereby a person has engaged in an agreement with another person as specified in
the agreement document as agreed, and Confidentiality, privacy concerns where a
message can not be read by others, even when read and modified, the message
recipients to know that there have been changes and thus prevent loss.
