The aims of this study are determining the relationship between macrozoobenthos abundance and physicochemical parameters of water in Lake Hanjalantung, Palangka Raya. A total of 13 macrozoobenthos genera were found and about 94.4 % of the total macrozoobenthos numbers, dipteran insects were dominant group. Positive correlations were found between macrozoobenthos abundance with total suspended solid and dissolved oxygen, while negative correlations with water depth, water transparency and dissolved CO2.
