Palm kernel cake (PKC) is defined as what is left after oil extraction from the palm nuts. The use of PKC in poultry diet is very limited. Study the broiler performances at different levels of beta mannanase enzyme in the diet (0, 200, 300 and 400 ppm). A total of 200 day old chicks were randomly allotted to four dietary treatments. All diets were formulated to be isonitrogenous (22% CP) and isocaloric (3 000 Kkal/kg). Data were analyzed by analysis of variance and followed by the Orthogonal Contrast Test if the treatments were significant. The result of this research indicated that the broiler performances : Final body weight, average daily gain, feed consumtion ( p<0.05) significantly difference to Obstetrical of enzyme beta mannanase 300 ppm in ration give the better result the other treatments.
